We have been creating images of single-family houses for many years – and we still do. For both large and small projects. Since 2014, we have delivered visualizations for building exhibitions for some of Denmark’s leading construction companies.
In addition to images, we also provide mood videos, Visualizer, house designer/configurator, virtual tours/Matterport, 360-degree images, virtual/augmented reality. The possibilities are many. We have extensive knowledge and experience when it comes to construction and building materials, so you can feel confident engaging in dialogue with us.

Over time, we have also created images of many types of buildings across the country – from apartment complexes at Bryggen to beachfront summer houses in the first dune row – both from the air and at eye level.

We offer fixed, low prices on housing visualizations and are happy to help find the right angles and forms of visualization.

Exterior images

Exterior images of terraced houses, prefab houses, single-family homes, cottages, etc. – the process is the same, and we have done it countless times for most of the major construction companies. Whether it’s sunshine, cloudy weather, or evening, we can manipulate the light to present the house in the best possible way.

Interior images

Here, spaciousness, atmosphere, and target audience need to be conveyed. Not everyone can read a floor plan and imagine how the living room and kitchen are connected – tied together by a dining area with light streaming in through the large windows. But when we create an image that shows this, there is no doubt about how good it will be.

Targeted communication of spaces, their design and interior – tailored precisely to the target group the home is created for – and, notably, before the house is even built, places us at the forefront when it comes to sales-promoting visualization.

Aerial photo (3D)

An overview of the entire development. We can either overlay the plot layout onto a drone or aerial photo, or reconstruct the surroundings based on satellite imagery. Such an overview image can be used to present the development, but also serves as an excellent basis for a home selector tool.

Home selector

Get a quick overview of what is available, sold, or rented. With a home selector, colors are linked to each unit – either via colored fields or dots – and everything is easily managed from a backend. Home selectors are most often based on 3D-generated aerial photos for developments with low-rise housing, and isometric views for apartment buildings.

We provide home selectors both as standalone solutions with an administration site, integrated with CMS or other systems for managing available/sold units – or as a data layer that you can integrate yourself, based on 3D aerial photos and SVG files for each unit.

Mood videos

We want to be able to show a little more – and get closer to each individual homes. This can be achieved with short mood videos.

Once an image of the house has been created where everything works – light, materials, furniture, plants, etc. – we can easily produce short videos that highlight details, rooms, outdoor spaces, materials, or simply create a great atmosphere.

Our mood videos are perfect for both social media and websites. We deliver them in the desired format – often in multiple versions, so the content fits optimally across different platforms.

Configurator

Show don´t tell
The art is to show it all – everything – in a single image, so everyone understands it.
Very few people can imagine how a space will look when combining a floor plan with a specific brick, the right roof, and particular windows. And it doesn’t get any easier once you move indoors.

Show the house – or the room – in the right combination, so the customer can start envisioning life in the home and feel confident in their choice.

It may also be necessary to present the floor plan in a more spacious format that is easier to interpret – making it simpler to consider options like light or dark, wood or tile. There are different goals and multiple ways to achieve them – and we can handle it all in-house!

Drawing program

Of course, one must be careful not to step on the architects’ or engineers’ toes too much when it comes to drawing programs – but…

When we develop calculators, we can also build them in 3D, so they not only include rules for assembly but also give the user the freedom to build on their own. Here, we operate in the intersection between drawing programs and product configurators, where users – based on product rules – can create complex models.

At the same time, we can show how many components are used, generate bills of materials, and export to both DWG format and Augmented Reality.

360/VR/AR

All the new and exciting stuff – but it has actually been around for many years.

360-degree images and VR are essentially the same. You see everything around you, either by dragging the mouse or by looking around with VR goggles. It’s a fantastic tool for creating an understanding of space and layout, and at the same time, a way to bring homebuyers into the floor plan. We can also combine VR and configurators in photorealistic quality, allowing users to explore their choices in detail.

AR, or augmented reality, has now become so integrated into the mobile devices most people carry that we can run it without any app or installation. You can simply place a house type on a plot, walk around it, go inside, and take pictures of everything on your phone – directly from a link on the website. Of course, floor plans can still be brought up from a catalog, as we did for Huscompagniet in their app back in 2016.

Matterport

Matterport is a digital version of a physical room or an entire home. The 3D scan is created using a camera that employs laser technology to capture every angle, light, and corner in a digital version of the property. Customers can navigate through the home on a digital platform. It’s similar to Google Street View, but in much higher quality.

With Matterport, you get a 4K scan with very high accuracy, allowing you to clearly see all the details in the rooms. There is also the option of Mattertags, which can be placed anywhere. A Mattertag can include text, images, video, or products that inform or guide the customer. Mattertags can highlight details you consider important in the home – such as natural light, materials, and similar features.
